Four AI-Powered Tools + Prompts Helping Me Create Content
Claude, Descript AI, Eleven Labs & Hedra
I hope everyone is having a relaxing and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend.
Kara is on the west coast and I am in New York City with no plans. Yes, no plans at all.
I’m using this time alone to get clear on a few things going on in my life - both personal and professional.
I’ve been laying as I prepare for my biggest event I’ve hosted to-date this Tuesday and a super busy June filled with conferences, events and personal travel.

Last weekend, I did a short deep dive on whether or not the IG verification is worth paying $15/mo for. Short answer: it depends.
This week, I’m going to tell you about four AI-powered tools that are helping me create content while saving a lot of time.
Of course, there’s a plethora of AI tools you can use. These are just a handful.
Let’s jump in…
Claude (AI Chatbot)
Why I like it: Claude is Anthropic's AI chatbot that excels at content strategy and organization through customizable projects that remember your clients and workflows.
How I use it:
For strategy, ideation and captions.
For example: I lean on Claude heavily for Founders Basketball.
Claude helped me come up with the best performing interview question from our event earlier this month:

We asked attendees what’s harder, winning an NBA MVP or founding a $100B company…
I also use Claude for the “business meets basketball” memes I post that fill the empty space between our monthly events.

This post below I especially laugh at each time I see it…
I use Claude as a creative tool to spark ideas, not replace my work—I still find inspiration myself and use AI to trigger the final creative direction.
ElevenLabs (AI-Generated Voiceovers)
Why I like it:
How I use it:
For anything that requires a voiceover.
For example: I’ve been using it to create a series of social posts for Upscale AI, where we showcase the AI-generated tv ad creative they create for their clients. I use it for the end-card VO. Check it out below.
Highly recommend playing around with it. I plan to begin using it more often, as needed.

Descript AI (Podcast / Transcript-based Summaries)
Why I like it: Descript's AI tool, Underlord, makes podcast and transcript-based content editing way easier by automatically cutting clips and writing summaries for social media.
How I use it:
To streamline transcript-based video editing, highlight pulling and caption writing.
For example: Below is an quick walk-through on how I turn a 56-minute clip into 2:43s of highlights with just a few clicks.
I still chisel away from there, but this saves me A TON of time and, in my opinion, really does pull out some of the best bites from the long-from video it’s sifting through.
Hedra (AI-generated video creation)
Why I like it: Hedra lets you easily create AI-generated videos by uploading any photo and audio file.
How I use it:
I used this tool earlier this week when jumping on the talking baby trend that was all over social media this past week. No idea what I’m talking about? I highly recommend checking it out.
Hedra is just fun to play around with. Each prompt costs about $5, though. But worth spending $10-$20 on to just learn how to use it, in my opinion.

So there you have it. A breakdown of four AI-powered tools helping me create content for myself and my clients.
